Shipping

We ship worldwide through DHL and aim to process your order within 2-4 working days. Once the item(s) has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping can take anywhere from a few days for Germany domestic orders and up to 5 weeks for international orders to arrive.

We do not take responsibility for items being lost during shipment or delivery. If for any reason (excluding a mistake from our side) a package is returned to us for it to be sent out again, the shipping fee will have to be paid by the customer again. Depending on the order and country of origin, local taxes and customs duties may apply for which Freja Studios is not responsible. Failure to pay the fees due will result in cancellation of the order. Any associated shipping and customs charges will be deducted from any refunds on the canceled order.

Free Berlin pick up service

We offer free pick up in Berlin which you can select during the checkout process. The items are located in 10715, Charlottenburg Wilmersdorf. We will email you first to arrange however we kindly ask you leave a phone number for additional contact. Please check spam / junk folder if you do not receive an email from us. You can also message us via Instagram.

Please note: Currently we do not have a space where customers can try items on. For this reason we offer returns (please see details below). However we have regular pop up shops where we do have changing rooms. To keep upto date with the latest pop up shops please follow us on Instagram

Returns

Every item in our shop has been carefully selected to fit our taste and quality standards. They have all been previously worn and preloved and some are real vintage pieces (as in they are 15+ years old). As the garments have had a previous life before coming to our shop, items may have imperfections and subtle signs of wear. Any major flaws will be listed in the description of the item. Please value these pieces for the lives they have lived before you chose to make a purchase. If you have any questions about specific measurements etc that are not in the item description, please do not hesitate to ask us. We do not encourage returns, partly for environmental reasons but also as it makes our operations as a small business more complicated. In case the piece (s) doesn’t fit the way you imagined, please consider gifting or selling it to someone who would really love and appreciate it.

If you however decide to return an item, you have the right to do so within 14 days from placing your order.

1. Please send us an email to hellofrejastudios@gmail.com with the order number and reason. The item has to be returned in the same condition as you bought it.

2. Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense. Unfortunately we cannot refund the order if the item is damaged or lost along the way therefore we recommend insured shipping.

3. After we have received and checked the item we will refund via the same method of payment the initial purchase was made.

4. Please note refunds on card may show up on your statement as a credit and may not show our company name.

5. Purchases made at events such as pop up shops and tradeshows are sold as seen and are non-returnable.
